A WWE star has broken character to congratulate Trick Williams for winning the NXT Championship at tonight’s NXT Spring Breakin’.
NXT star Lexis King took a moment to congratulate new champion Trick Williams, breaking character after their recent storyline to share his well-wishes for the star.
Lexis King wrote:
Long live Lexis King!!! But also…
WHOOP THAT TRICK!!! #WWENXT
However, ‘Lexis King’ the character is sort of a clout chaser by any means necessary, so perhaps he would congratulate any new champion just to score political points!
Trick Williams beat Ilja Dragunov in the main event of tonight’s episode of WWE NXT to become the brand new NXT Champion.
After Ilja Dragunov previously announced his entry into the 2024 WWE Draft, it certainly looks like he is being called up to the main roster imminently.
Elsewhere on tonight’s night one of NXT Spring Breakin’, Roxanne Perez successfully defended her NXT Women’s Championship against both Tatum Paxley and Lyra Valkyria in a three-way match.
Also, Sol Ruca defeated Blair Davenport in a ‘Beach Brawl’ match, and Jaida Parker picked up a win over Fallon Henley.
