Who says that because the White Rabbit has been revealed that the QR Codes have to go away?
Sort of hand in hand with the last point, Bray dropping direct hints rather than subtle clues could be a fun way to keep up the mystery as he explains the meaning of it all, without having to give him a big exposition dump in his return promo.
Even though the mystery is over, I will still be paying close attention to the backstage area.
