Determining The ‘Four Pillars’ Of AEW’s Women’s Division

Pillar 1 – Jade Cargill

Lets start with the obvious one here. Any person with a working pair of eyes can see that Jade Cargill will be a superstar in the wrestling industry by the time her career is all said and done.

I debated including her on this list, as she is definitely treated as one of the division’s top stars already, maybe even more so than Thunder Rosa herself. However, she is not disqualified from entry given my requirements.

While Jade is a prominently featured champion on the show every week, it is the TBS Championship, which would be like disqualifying Darby Allin from becoming a Pillar by being TNT Champion. It’s designed to get her ready for that next step.

Jade Cargill will be a Women’s World Champion in AEW one day, and wherever else she potentially ends up in her career. Definite pillar here.
