5. Hulk Hogan & Mr. T vs. Rowdy Roddy Piper & Paul Orndorff – WrestleMania

Celebrity involvement has been something that usually garners the most attention from fans heading into WrestleMania.

This all started with the very first Mania when television’s biggest star Mr. T teamed up with WWF Champion Hulk Hogan to face Rowdy Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff.

The Madison Square Garden crowd was fully invested into every superstar in this bout, especially the interactions between Mr. T and Piper.

This felt like a true spectacle with the great Muhammad Ali as special guest outside referee, New York Yankees manager Billy Martin and Liberace all with roles here as well.

This lived up to the hype with a solidly worked matchup. Hogan got the pin for his team after “Cowboy” Bob Orton nailed Orndorff with his cast by accident.
