WWE
With WWE Money in the Bank 2026 rapidly approaching on October 10 from Smoothie King Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana, there are sure to be surprises in store.
While there are a variety of worthy potential winners for the Money in the Bank briefcase this year in the women’s division, there are some notable names who have never won the honor.
Here are FOUR potential first time winners of the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
4. Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair hasn’t held the current versions of the WWE Women’s Championship or Women’s World Championship
One of the most decorated wrestlers in WWE, Charlotte Flair has never won a Money in the Bank ladder match.
That’s unlike her tag team partner Alexa Bliss, who captured the briefcase in 2018 and went on to cash-in on the same night to pick up the Raw Women’s Championship after interrupting the bout between Nia Jax and Ronda Rousey to cash in.
While Flair has been on an enjoyable side quest as a character for quite some time – linking up with Alexa Bliss and later Tatum Paxley to form a dynamic trio – there is still history making left to do for Flair.
Perpetually in pursuit of her next WWE Championship, it could be that capturing the Money in the Bank briefcase would be the perfect avenue to get The Queen back into the title picture ASAP.
3. Roxanne Perez

Roxanne Perez has yet to hold a singles title on the WWE main roster
Making her first appearance in a Money in the Bank ladder match in 2025, Roxanne Perez could find herself entering again this year.
With her technical prowess able to shine through the over the top match which often sees wild spots from multiple performers, this could be Perez’s year to capture the briefcase.
Setting up a fascinating dynamic moving ahead after the October event, particularly if Liv Morgan remains the WWE Women’s World Champion, there could be trouble coming soon for the Judgment Day.
2. Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch last wrestled in her Queen of the Ring Tournament first round loss on June 8
Another notable name in WWE that has yet to capture a Money in the Bank victory is Becky Lynch.
Simiarly to Naomi winning the briefcase and using the moment to become a complete menace, Lynch could use the big win as a catalyst for a storyline.
Able to return to her heelish antics and wield the power of her Money in the Bank winner status over the entire women’s locker room, or instead continue her recent babyface behavior, either way would be a lot of fun.
1. Rhea Ripley

One top WWE star that made her first appearance in a Money in the Bank ladder match in 2025 was Rhea Ripley who is currently out of action due to injury.
After successfully defeating Jade Cargill to retain the WWE Women’s Championship at Clash in Italy 2026, it was revealed that Ripley had suffered a torn meniscus.
While she was originally attempting to treat it non-surgically, it has since emerged that Ripley underwent surgery in May 2026 with the hope that she could be back in action by early 2027.
With injury return timetables sometimes being variable, there is an ever so slight outside chance that Ripley could pick up her first Money in the Bank briefcase in 2026 – but it may end up on the 2027 to-do list instead.
