CM Punk vs. MJF
Ok so yes we’ve already seen Punk and MJF go at it twice, but the promos were outstanding and the matches were incredible so would anyone truly mind seeing it again?
The reported plan would have been for us to get Punk vs MJF at Full Gear, with MJF beating Punk to win the title instead of Moxley, with Punk’s injury and everything else forcing a change of plans.
Now, Max is the champion, and Punk never lost the title. That’s an additional little wrinkle in this story.
I can’t think of where this would happen, but it would be very fitting for All Out in Chicago, exactly one year after all this stuff began.
