On October 21 in Nashville, Tennessee, Cody will defend his newly won NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship against the man he won it off, Nick Aldis. The ‘Son of a Son of a Plumber’ winning his father’s title at ALL IN was a highly emotional moment. Now, it is time to see if that’s all it was. A moment. Or whether this will actually be a title reign that could lift the prestigious title back to its former glory once and for all.

Watching this live and in person was difficult. If you can’t tell from the picture, Jimmy Havoc jumped off of the top rope, bare-footed, on to a pile of thumbtacks. On the plus side, Sami Callihan got a staple gun out prior to this and stapled pages of the latest WrestleTalk Magazine to his opponent so swings and roundabouts, aye?
