8. Rollins returns at Extreme Rules 2016
Seth Rollins tore his ACL, MCL and medial meniscus on a November 4, 2015 house show that forced him to relinquish the WWE Championship.
For six months, Seth had to wait on the sidelines until he was able to rehab for his return.
After rebuilding and redesigning himself, Rollins looked to reclaim his spot back at the top of WWE.
Following Roman Reigns retaining the WWE Championship over AJ Styles, Seth Rollins made his shocking return to lay out the Big Dog with a Pedigree.
The Newark crowd greeted Rollins with a hero’s welcome and showed why he had become one of the top stars in the industry.
