9. The Shield clean sweeps Evolution at Payback 2014
The Shield finally met their match when they were opposed by Evolution.
The reunited Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista came up short against The Hounds of Justice at Extreme Rules, but they looked to get their win back at Payback 2014.
In front of raucous Chicago crowd, the two trios had a barnburner that went all over the arena.
The Shield pulled off the near impossible on this night by not only beating Evolution, but clean sweeping them in a No Holds Barred Elimination Match.
This was a shocking result that firmly cemented Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns as the future of WWE.
