McMahon-a-Mania
If you don’t like McMahons, then this is not the show for you.
Stephanie McMahon steps into the ring for the first time in nearly four years this Sunday, when she battles Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey in a mixed tag team match alongside her husband, Triple H.
Equally, her brother, Shane, is involved in a high-profile tag team match, partnering with the recently-cleared-to-wrestle, Daniel Bryan, to take on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
The fact that both McMahon siblings are wrestling on the same card is extremely interesting because this has never happened at any WWE show before.
Whether you think that the McMahons should be taking spots away from full-time wrestlers at WrestleMania or not, it’s still interesting that it’s taken this long for both Shane and Steph to wrestle on the same show.
This will also be Stephanie’s in-ring WrestleMania debut, as well as the first time in either of their careers that Kurt or Triple H will compete in a tag team match at the ‘Show of Shows’.
Love them or hate them, there’s going to be plenty of McMahons in action in New Orleans. Expect Vince to enter himself into the André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and Linda to be revealed as Braun Strowman’s mystery tag team partner.
