AEW’s Adam Cole Shows Support For WWE Star: ‘Keep Killing It’

AEW star Adam Cole has now shared a message of support for WWE NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes, following Hayes showing respect to Cole.

While Hayes currently represents the developmental WWE brand, he recently made appearances for Raw and SmackDown, confronting Baron Corbin on the June 9 edition of SmackDown, and wrestling Finn Balor on the June 26 Raw show.

It was recently pointed out on Twitter that Adam Cole also appeared for all three WWE brands in the same month while NXT Champion, back in November 2019.

Carmelo Hayes replied to this post, writing:

Forever grateful. He’s the man 💪🏾

Adam Cole encouraged Hayes to keep up the great work, tweeting:

YOU are the man. Keep killin it 🔥

Hayes and Cole faced off in June 2021, prior to the NXT reboot that September. This bout was notably one of Hayes’ first WWE TV matches.

Cole currently wrestles for AEW, most recently facing off against AEW World Champion MJF in a title eliminator bout on June 14, which ended via time limit draw.

Ahead of Cole having to team with MJF, the AEW World Champion recently invaded Cole’s Twitch stream.
