AEW Dynamite & NXT Viewership Both Down For March 31

In one of the final times AEW Dynamite and NXT will go head to head on Wednesdays, the viewership for both shows was down.

Showbuzz Daily has reported the viewership figures for All Elite Wrestling and NXT. AEW was down once again with an average viewership of 700,000 viewers. This is 57,000 viewers less than last week’s average of 757,000. The key 18-49 male demographic came in for the show at 0.38.

Meanwhile, NXT’s viewership was also down from the prior week. This week’s show came in at 654,000 average viewers, 24,000 viewers less than last week’s average of 678,000. As for the key 18-49 male demographic, NXT garnered a 0.25 rating.

Both shows were very good this week with lots of good wrestling on AEW Dynamite and lots of good promotion on NXT. This was the go-home edition of NXT as next week’s show will be the first night of NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver.

On the other channel, Dynamite included the in-ring return of Christian Cage. He was able to defeat Frankie Kazarian in the opening match. Also on the show was another six-man tag team match as Kenny Omega and the Good Brothers defeated Laredo Kid and the Lucha Bros.
