AEW Star Says Chad Gable Is The ‘Most Underrated Wrestler In The World’

With the Alpha Academy looking on the verge of a split, Chad Gable’s talents as a singles competitor may be set to be on full display very soon.

While Gable has largely been limited to a tag-team for quite a while in WWE, recent matches with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Raw have proven his capabilities to go with just about anyone on the WWE roster.

However, while Gable’s talents are only now being truly shown on WWE’s main roster the former Olympian’s ability in the ring has been common knowledge amongst his peers, both past and present.

One of Gable’s rivals early on in his WWE tenure were FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) or as they were known in WWE, The Revival.

Gable, alongside Jason Jordan competed as American Alpha against Dax and Cash numerous times on the NXT brand, most famously at the NXT Takeover: Dallas and Takeover: The End events.

Now, speaking on FTR With Dax, Dax commented on Gable’s abilities and his relationship with the WWE Raw star.

“I still talk to Chad Gable today. I talked to him right before his match with Baron Corbin,”

“I love him to death. … I think Chad Gable is the most underrated wrestler in the world right now.”

With reports suggesting a serious push for Gable could be coming, perhaps Gable won’t be seen as “underrated” for too much longer.
