AEW Star Not Cleared To Compete, Match Against Real-Life Brother Cancelled AEW

An AEW star has been announced as ‘not cleared to compete’, with their match against their real-life brother being cancelled.

On last week’s episode of AEW Collision, former International Champion Rey Fenix was cleared to compete, returning for his first match in six months against The Beast Mortos.

Fenix was set to face off with his tag team partner and brother Pentagon Jr at tonight’s House of Glory event, but the match will no longer be happening due to Fenix not being cleared.

As seen below, Pentagon announced at the show that his brother Fenix had not been cleared to compete in the match, and it was no longer set to happen.

We wish Fenix a full and complete recovery and will provide updates on his status as they become available.
