An AEW star has made a surprise appearance in AAA, and is now set for a match against another AEW star at the upcoming TripleMania XXXI event.
In the Mexican promotion, AEW’s Penta El Zero Miedo (under the name Pentagon Jr.) has been being stalked by an anonymous person who has been sending mysterious messages to the former AEW World Tag Team Champion.
Well today, that man revealed himself to be none other than AEW’s QT Marshall.
QT has not featured on AEW television since he accidentally caused Powerhouse Hobbs to lose the TNT Championship to Wardlow as part of QTV.
Since the reveal, AAA has announced a tag team Ambulance match for TripleMania XXXI, pitting QT Marshall and (Black) Taurus against Laredo Kid and Pentagon Jr.
The show will also feature the AAA Mega Championship match between El Hijo Del Vikingo and Kenny Omega, a rematch of their first classic encounter on AEW Dynamite.
