An AEW star has taken to Twitter this Thursday evening (August 17) to post a totally inconspicuous photo, nothing to see here.

Just a couple of pals, hanging out.

However, the pals in the pic coupled with the timing make the snap noteworthy for fans of either WWE or AEW.

Dax Harwood took to Twitter to post a photo of himself with WWE star (for now) Edge and Beth Phoenix.

The timing is notable because Edge has recently commented that his next match, tomorrow night on WWE SmackDown in Toronto against Sheamus, is “the last on his contract,” with WWE.

According to Edge in the same interview, he doesn’t know what he is going to do in the future and plans on considering it more after the match.

Elsewhere in friends hanging out pics on Twitter news, Edge’s opponent for SmackDown Sheamus also posted a snap with a sharp looking figure that may be recognized by some AEW fans.

Ring of Honor World Champion and AEW star Claudio Castagnoli was alongside Sheamus, sharing some coffee.
