Alexander Wolfe Reportedly Released By WWE

Following reports that Drake Wuertz and Jake Clemons had both been released by WWE today, it has been reported that Alexander Wolfe was also let go by the company.

The news was first reported by Sean Ross Sapp on Twitter, who noted that he had heard Wolfe had been let go, but was working on getting confirmation from WWE on the matter:

I’ve been told that Alexander Wolfe has been released. I’m working to confirm with WWE.

Alexander Wolfe wrestled on last night’s episode of NXT, being defeated by former tag team partner Killian Dain before being kicked out of Imperium, which was seemingly his sendoff.
