Ava Raine Debut Teased At NXT House Show

Ava Raine, aka Simone Johnson, daughter of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, made an appearance during Friday’s (July 8) NXT  house show in Citrus Springs, Florida.

Raine was spotted during a women’s match, emerging from the back, walking around the ring, and promptly leaving. It wasn’t specified which match Raine was scouting.

Raine has yet to make her WWE in-ring debut. The Performance Center trainee received her new WWE ring name in late-May and unveiled a new look last month, leading fans to speculate that her wrestling debut is imminent.

There were two women’s matches on the show. Tiffany Stratton defeated Amari Miller in singles action, and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade scored a victory over Jacy Jayne & Gigi Dolin of Toxic Attraction.

Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Title from Toxic Attraction at NXT Great American Bash.
