There have been backstage discussions about “enhancing” the presentation of Ciampa under the new regime in WWE.

Triple H taking over all creative duties for the WWE main roster has brought plenty of optimism among fans and the talent, especially after a well received SummerSlam event.

Per Fightful Select (subscription required), there have been increased discussions about enhancing the presentation of Ciampa.

Obviously, Ciampa is a favorite of Triple H and is looked at as one of the likely beneficiaries of the regime change.

One of the things heard to do this is Ciampa being put in more matches that showcase his ability, possibly as early as the August 1 edition of Raw.

There have also been discussions about him regaining his NXT theme, but this hasn’t been confirmed.

The former NXT Champion has received positive reviews for his work with The Miz, his willingness to embrace the role and his attitude backstage since he was brought to Raw.

One source noted that Ciampa’s demeanor has been “great” and he has worked hard to make the most out of everything presented to him under Vince McMahon.

In addition, Ciampa’s promo with The Miz on Raw Talk turned a lot of heads and impressed several people backstage.
