The final Monday Night Raw before WrestleMania 39 kicked off with a Miz TV segment and a spicy promo between Bayley and Becky Lynch.
With the Miz asking a series of shady questions of Becky Lynch, Lita and Trish Stratus in the ring first, the segment was then interrupted by Damage CTRL.
After Becky and Bayley squared off on the mic, Becky moved attention to Dakota Kai and IYO SKY, noting that they are exceptional champions in their own right except now they’re just goons for Bayley.
After the verbal joust, there was a match between Becky Lynch and IYO SKY in front of the packed Phoenix, Arizona crowd.
In the hard hitting match, the two teams both showed off impressive offense with their respective teams supporting them at ringside.
In the end, The Man Becky Lynch picked up the victory via pinfall as the trio of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions and Trish Stratus stood tall.
We’ll next see these two warring factions do battle at WrestleMania 39 either on Saturday or Sunday night.
While the exact WrestleMania 39 match order remains a mystery, you can check out what details are known about WrestleMania Saturday April 1 here and WrestleMania Sunday April 2 here.
