Becky Lynch WWE Return Imminent?

As per the United States Patent and Trademark Office, WWE have filed for some trademarks that hint at the return of Becky Lynch.

On March 26, WWE filed to trademark “LASSKICKER”. According to USPTO, this trademark will allow WWE to use this phrase for “Entertainment Services”, including across all WWE’s media channels.

The following description accompanied the filing:

Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment

Becky Lynch famously used the “Irish Lasskicker” moniker during her WWE days. The former Raw Women’s Champion wrestled her last match at WrestleMania 36 before announcing her pregnancy in May 2020. Lynch and Seth Rollins celebrated the birth of their first child, Roux, in December last year.

Also on March 26, WWE filed to trademark “RIDDICK MOSS”. This trademark will also allow WWE to use the phrase for “entertainment services” according to USPTO.

First signing with WWE in 2014, Moss became one of the longest tenured members of NXT before his 2020 main-roster call-up. Moss debuted on Raw, wrestling on the Red Brand before becoming a regular Raw Underground competitor.

Moss last wrestled in September against Erik on Main Event. He is currently out injured, recovering from a torn ACL. After a 6 month wrestling hiatus, this trademark seems to indicate that Moss isn’t done with WWE.
