WWE Hall of Famer and NXT commentator Booker T has revealed which WWE NXT star “to keep your eyes on” in the future.
Since late 2022, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has served as the color commentator on the NXT brand.
The former six-time World Champion has worked closely with several different talents from Carmelo Hayes to Roxanne Perez during his time with the brand.
With the likes of Hayes, Ilja Dragunov and Lyra Valkyria all called up in the 2024 WWE Draft, many fans have been wondering which NXT talents they have to look out for next.
On the latest edition of his Hall of Fame podcast with co-host Brad Gilmore, Booker T praised several NXT stars, including high praise for Sol Ruca in particular. He said:
“For Sol Ruca to be so young in the game, she’s definitely one you gotta watch. You better keep your eye on her.”
“If she can stay injury-free and really make a run at it, she can really do something in this business because I watch her mannerisms, just the way she goes from one side of the ring to the other side, how fluid she is.”
“She’s picking this thing up, boom, like that. So watching her rise has definitely been pretty cool, other than her going down and being injured for that long time,”
Sol Ruca last wrestled in a win over Blair Davenport in a Beach Brawl on the April 23 NXT Spring Breakin special.
Meanwhile, Booker T will be on the call for tonight’s NXT Spring Breakin Night Two, which will feature Natalya vs. Lola Vice in the NXT Underground Match.
