WWE has just announced via Twitter that Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy will defend his title against Cedric Alexander in Alexander’s contractual rematch for the strap this Sunday at TLC.

Murphy defeated Alexander for the title in his home city of Melbourne, Australia at Super Show-Down in October, becoming the first man to beat Alexander in 2018 in the process
The ‘Juggernaut’ of 205 Live went on to defend his crown against Mustafa Ali a couple of weeks later, with Alexander being sent backward in the line despite still being owed his rematch.
Impressive wins over the likes of Lio Rush and Tony Nese impressed 205 Live GM Drake Maverick enough to grant Cedric his rematch at TLC, in what could be another absolute cracker.
