Former two-time AEW World Champion CM Punk has broken his social media silence for the first time since the infamous AEW All Out media scrum.
The incident saw Punk verbally unload on executive vice presidents Kenny Omega, Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson, as well as former AEW World Champion Adam Page, before the executive vice presidents, Punk and Ace Steel got into a fight, leading to all parties being suspended, and Steel being fired.
Punk has been in the news almost weekly since, as the situation continues to develop, with the latest reports being that AEW and Punk are in talks for a potential buy out of his contract.
Since the incident, Punk has not posted on social media, but he broke that silence today (October 25), by making a post to his Instagram story.
The story featured Punk advertising the new ‘Blade of the 47 Ronin’ movie on Netflix, which was written by Aimee Garcia and Punk’s wife AJ Mendez (AJ Lee).
