Cody Rhodes To Wrestle In Lucha Mask With New AEW Tag Team Partner

The next chapter in the bizarre life of Cody Rhodes is about to be written, as he’s set to form a new luchador tag team soon.

As part of the next AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios on October 24, Cody Rhodes will team up with Fuego Del Sol as “Too Fast Too Fuego”.

The duo is the product of a gag on Sammy Guevara’s YouTube vlog, which features Rhodes and Fuego heavily.

With his feud with Aleister Black set for a third match next Saturday, the ongoing tension between himself and Arn Anderson, the Rhodes To The Top reality show airing right now, Rhodes is certainly forging a very interesting path for himself.

Bryan Danielson and Adam Cole are also being advertised for the Dark tapings.

Rhodes took to Twitter to comically deny his involvement:
