Conflicting Reports Regarding 2021 WWE Hall Of Fame

Last week, WWE confirmed that a Hall of Fame ceremony will be taking place on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. The people who were set to be inducted in 2020 will be honoured, alongside a new 2021 class.

As of right now, the only member of the 2021 class that we are aware of is Molly Holly. WWE has yet to confirm which men/women will be joining the former WWE Superstar in the 2021 class.

That is not the only unknown regarding the 2021 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, as there are currently some conflicting reports about how WWE is planning on broadcasting the event over WrestleMania week.

PWInsider is reporting that the Hall of Fame will be broadcast onto Peacock and the WWE Network live on April 6. The site notes that the plan is to have virtual fans in attendance for the ceremony:

The 2021 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony on Tuesday 4/6 will air live on Peacock from The Thunder Dome, PWInsider.com has confimed.

The ceremony will not be pre-taped.

We are told that the current plan is to have as many of the inductees as possible be live on stage in Tampa with some of the roster and invited guests present.

Fans will attend virtually via The Thunderdome.

However, Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp took to Twitter to reveal that he had heard that WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will be pre-taped the week before it is set to be broadcast, contrary to the PWInsider report.

Based on the talent and staff I’ve spoken with, WWE Hall of Fame was scheduled as a two day taping the week before it airs. Nothing has been updated in their talent relations schedules
