Dante Martin Leaves Team Taz On AEW Dynamite

Dante Martin’s alliance with Team Taz was shortlived, as he left the group on tonight’s (December 8) episode of AEW Dynamite.

Dante, MJF and Dante’s Team Taz stablemate Ricky Starks were the final three men in the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal, when Dante tossed out Starks to earn him and MJF the match for the ring next week.

Dante ripped off his Team Taz armband after the match, signifying he was done with the group. He was then ambushed by Starks and MJF, before Punk made the save and delivered a GTS to Starks.

MJF teased making a babyface save to help Martin, as he was receiving big cheers in his hometown of Long Island tonight, which led to CM Punk cutting a heel promo on Long Island and MJF to open the show.
