Fightful Select is reporting that both Don Callis and Kenny Omega were only at the first day of the last IMPACT Wrestling tapings, with the promotion filming all of the content they needed out of the pair on that day.
This comes after Fightful reported over the weekend that Don Callis was no longer in a position of power within IMPACT Wrestling. This came after Callis was removed as a Vice President on the Anthem Sports & Entertainment website.
Don Callis is the on-screen manager for Kenny Omega in both All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and IMPACT Wrestling, so it’s likely that he’s only involved with both promotions as an on-screen talent as opposed to a behind-the-scenes worker.
IMPACT Wrestling has yet to comment on the reports that Callis is no longer working in his behind-the-scenes position, so make sure you stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for any confirmation on the matter.
