The third participant has been confirmed for the Casino Ladder Match at AEW Double Or Nothing, and it’s a pretty exciting one.
Joining the previously announced Darby Allin and Colt Cabana is none other than ‘Freshly Squeezed’ Orange Cassidy. Casino ladder match? More like Cassidy ladder match, amirite?
Cassidy has an overall record of 2-3 in AEW, with 1-2 so far in 2020. One of those losses came in a memorable match against Pac at Revolution in February.
The winner of the ladder match will earn a shot at the AEW World Championship, which is of course being defended at Double Or Nothing by Jon Moxley against Brodie Lee.
AEW has yet to announce how many participants will actually be in the ladder match, or if there’ll be any special rules to live up to it’s ‘Casino’ moniker like with the Battle Royales previously.
The promotion seems to be announcing a new participant pretty much every day so stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for updates and new additions.
