First artwork for Royal Rumble 2019 revealed

According to WrestlingNews.co, the first artwork for WWE Royal Rumble 2019 had been created. Not only is the image posted on WrestlingNews.co’s Instagram page, but Tweet Pro Wrestling (@TweetPW2) confirmed this by posting a tweet of the same image on a television screen.

Various wresters that appear in the initial poster include names such as Bobby Lashley, Ember Moon, Drew McIntyre, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Asuka. Front and center of the poster is the current Universal Champion, Roman Reigns.

Royal Rumble 2019 will take place in Phoenix, Arizona at Chase Field. This will be the first time WWE has held an event at the field and will be the first time that a Royal Rumble would be held inside a baseball stadium.

Home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Phoenix Suns, Chase Field has been a major sport hub in downtown Phoenix. Built in 1995 and opened in 1998, Chase Field has been home to various events, from hosting the 2011 Major League Baseball All-Star Game to holding a rally for former US President George W. Bush in 2004.

The artwork states that tickets will be on sale starting October 12^th, but various ticket selling website have already begun selling these tickets months beforehand, such as vividseats.com and stubhub.com. It will be interesting to see how those who have already purchased their tickets react to the poster.
