***This article contains spoilers from the most recent set of Impact Wrestling TV tapings***
It was confirmed on Friday’s Impact TV broadcast that Johnny Impact will defend the Impact World Title against Brian Cage at the Rebellion pay-per-view on April 28.
Not only that, but as was announced at this past weekend’s set of TV tapings, that match will be officiated by none other than former WWE Intercontinental Champion, Lance Storm.

Ahead of that though, Impact’s United We Stand show will take place on Thursday April 4, and Johnny and Cage will actually have to team up on that show, as they, Eddie Edwards and Moose take on Drago, Daga, Aerostar and Cuerno in a four-on-four inter-promotional match against Team Lucha Underground.
As well as making an appearance and being part of this announcement, Storm also worked as a backstage producer for the promotion this past weekend. The company of course lost two producers in Sonjay Dutt and Chris Parks (Abyss) who both joined WWE.
