Dasha Kuret has made her debut on commentary for AEW: Dark. Kuret was formerly known as Dasha Fuentes in WWE.
Dasha was a backstage interviewer in WWE appearing on Raw and Smackdown. However, she will be handling commentary on the Spanish commentary team for Dark, All Elite Wrestling’s weekly youtube show.
Dasha started working for WWE back in 2014. Unfortunately, she was released by WWE this past April. Many felt this was surprising because she was pretty good at her job.
After her release, she joined All Elite Wrestling in August. Joining her in the booth, will be Alex Abrahantes.
In addition to her commentary duties, she has been training at Shawn Spears’ and Tyler Breeze’s wrestling school in Florida.
AEW isn’t afraid to find former WWE announcers. Recently it was announced Taz would be doing a guest spot on AEW Dark. Tax isn’t expected to be full time, but is doing commentary when AEW is live in Philadelphia.
This weeks AEW Dark is set to feature Kenny Omega versus Joey Janela. Judging by some of the highlights on social media, this should be one hell of a match.
