Former WWE Star ‘Disappointed’ & ‘Upset’ By Final Months In Company

Former WWE Star ‘Disappointed’ & ‘Upset’ By Final Months In Company WWE

Former WWE star Tenille Dashwood (fka Emma) has opened up about being ‘disappointed’ in her final run in the company.

Tenille Dashwood was released by WWE in 2023 alongside her real life partner Riddick Moss (Madcap Moss).

The pair spoke on the Insight podcast where the former Emma revealed being both ‘disappointed’ and ‘upset’ by how her final months in the company went.

After being initially released in 2017, she returned in October 2022 and was released again one year later.

Explaining her emotions after being released again, Dashwood said:

“I will say, I was a little disappointed with that last run, and a little upset with how things went. I do think I have a lot more to contribute and I had very high hopes when I returned, it just didn’t turn out the way that I would have liked.

“In saying that, we did see it as a positive, we just weren’t being used, so it was, ‘Okay, let’s go do the things we want.’ That has been very exciting. At this point, we’re focusing on that. We do have a tour in Australia that we’ve committed to. Some autograph signings and a match.

“Past that, we’re focusing on other things right now. I can’t imagine ever fully stepping away from wrestling. It’s been my dream since I was a little girl and it’s the only thing I really wanted to do. I’m so glad I’ve gone after it and had the career that I’ve had.

“It would be hard for me to say, ‘I’m done with wrestling.’ In that same instance, I’m not actively pursuing anything or don’t have a plan moving forward at this point.”

Dashwood and Riddick were recently married in a beautiful ceremony that was covered by People Magazine.
