Another former WWE star made their return on tonight’s (December 19) episode of Monday Night Raw.
It was reported earlier today that people within WWE were of the belief that former NXT North American Champion Bronson Reed was on his way back to the company.
As always, whenever Fightful Select reports that a former WWE star is on their way back to the company on the day of a WWE show, imminently meant tonight.
Bronson Reed made his return during the ladder match between The Miz and Dexter Lumis, where he came to the aid of The Miz.
Reed stopped Lumis from retrieving the money, before laying him out with a Tsunami from the top rope.
Reed was released last August amid the rebranding of NXT after several looks on the WWE main roster.
He went on to wrestle in NJPW, but hasn’t wrestled a match since August.
