All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has taken to social media to officially announce the signing of a former WWE NXT star who has been appearing recently.
The promotion has signed the Brazilian Tay Conti who was in NXT until being released this past April.
Conti made her AEW debut in the women’s tag team tournament alongside Anna Jay, with the duo picking up a win before losing the semi-final.
More recently, Conti appeared in the crowd on Dynamite, and was seemingly offered an initiation into the Dark Order by Jay.
Jay has officially joined the group as number ’99’, so we’ll have to see if Conti chooses to follow suit.
She’s extremely talented and is undoubtedly a great pickup for AEW.
