In case you forgot, which would be hard to do with Michael Cole telling you every 5 seconds if Dominik and Rey Mysterio were able to win their match against The Dirty Dawgs they would become the first-ever father and son tag team champions in WWE History.
It looked as though this was going to be a long shot. On the pre-show, Roode and Ziggler attacked Dominik Mysterio. It appeared he would be unable to compete.
When the match started, Rey was going 2 on 1 against the champions. Midway through the match, Dominik made his way down to the ring.

He eventually tagged himself in. After about 30 minutes of very good action, Dominik and Rey defeated the champions.
We now have new SmackDown tag team champions. Dominik and Rey Mysterio are the first-ever father and son tag team champions. Congratulations to the Mysterios.
