Report: WWE Considering Hit Row Main Roster Call Up For Draft

It has been reported that WWE has discussed calling up NXT 2.0 faction Hit Row, ahead of the WWE Draft set to commence on Friday.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio recently stated that “many people” from NXT are expected to debut on the main roster during the roster shake-up. Andrew Zarian of The Mat Men podcast also reported that NXT will play a role in the draft.

As per Jon Alba of the Living The Gimmick podcast, Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott, Ashante Adonis, Top Dolla, and B-FAB of Hit Row are being considered for the WWE main roster.

Reminding fans that plans are subject to change, Alba tweeted:

“Hit Row is one of the names being discussed for a main roster call-up from #WWENXT for the #WWE Draft, I’m told. Whether it ultimately gets the call will remain to be seen, obviously, but @AndrewZarian reports NXT will be involved in the draft. They seem a natural fit for Raw.”

Scott is the current NXT North American Champion, defeating Bronson Reed for the gold in June. His most recent match aired on the August 24 edition of NXT. B-FAB made her TV wrestling debut on the September 14 edition of NXT 2.0, defeating Katrina Cortez in singles action.

The WWE Draft kicks off with this Friday’s episode of SmackDown, and continues next Monday on Raw.
