Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay have been exchanging some rather heated words against each other for the past few weeks, with Ospreay even going as far as to call Omega a ‘See You Next Tuesday’.
The rivalry between the two escalated this week, when Ospreay hit Omega’s One Winged Angel finisher at an independent show, before making his opponent kick out of it.
Shortly after this, Ospreay released a t-shirt design showing him hitting the move with the text ‘better than the best bout machine’ on the back.
The saga continued when the shirt was pulled from Pro Wrestling Tees, with the site sharing that they removed the shirt after receiving a cease and desist warning.
Omega responded to PWTees’ announcement, saying:
This triggered various legal concerns within #Aew . Sincerest apologies to fans of Will. We’ve made it so all orders (up to today) will be honored.
Ospreay took to Instagram earlier today, reacting to the cease and desist, and calling Omega an ‘insecure prick’, which you can see below.
