Major Sonya Deville Return Update

Sonya Deville has been out of in-ring action since SummerSlam 2020, where she lost a loser leaves WWE match to Mandy Rose. She has since been used on screen in an authority role.

However, we may soon be seeing the last of “WWE Official Sonya Deville”, as Fightful Select (subscription required) is reporting that Deville is expected to return to the ring soon.

Sources told Fightful that Deville’s in-ring return should be “imminent” so long as things go according to plan, and that the sources are particularly hopeful of that happening.

Deville was, at one point, pencilled in to be a part of the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder match, with there supposedly being a significant push to have her featured in the match.
