Karrion Kross will make his first defence of the NXT Championship in two weeks time. His first challenger will also be the last man to hold that title, Finn Balor.
This announcement came tonight on NXT. Earlier in the show, Kross had defeated Austin Theory in the opening match and was confronted by Balor. Balor said he did not want to wait in line and wants his title back. Kross agreed to not wait and the two accepted the match.
Later in the show, it was announced the match would take place on the May 25 episode of NXT. It was also announced that Franky Monet would make her in-ring debut on the same show.
