LA Knight will once again defend the Million Dollar Championship against Cameron Grimes at NXT Takeover 36.
The match was announced on tonight’s (August 10) episode of NXT. After Knight defeated Andre Chase in less than a minute, Ted DiBiase made his way to the ring.
DiBiase told Cameron Grimes that he sees more in him than just being a butler. He said he knew he could be a champion with another shot at LA Knight.
Knight said that at Takeover 36 he will give Grimes another shot but if he wins Ted DiBiase has to be his new butler.
Knight defeated Grimes in a ladder match to win the title back at NXT Takeover In Your House. Knight also defeated Grimes to retain the title at the Great American Bash.

- NXT Championship Match – Karrion Kross (c) vs. Samoa Joe
- NXT Women’s Championship Match – Raquel Gonzalez (c) vs. Dakota Kai
- NXT UK Championship Match – WALTER (c) vs. Ilja Dragunov
- Million Dollar Championship Match – LA Knight (c) vs. Cameron Grimes
