New Champion Crowned On WWE Raw

There is a new WWE Intercontinental Champion but it is probably not who you would expect!

Dean Ambrose defended the title against Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley in a three-way at the top of the third hour on Raw, in what appeared to be a routine title defence.

However, it was anything but for Ambrose.

He and mortal enemy Rollins spent a lot of the match inexplicably working together to take out the threat of Lashley, which ultimately did not work.

At the bout’s climax, Lashley connected with a spear to Ambrose and pinned him to win the match, capturing the IC title for the first time in his career.

Suffice to say, this result came way out of left field.
