This is an extremely exciting prospect for British fans of NJPW as megastars such as Kenny Omega and Kazuchika Okada are likely to appear. England’s own Zack Sabre Jr. has been in the midst of a massive push from the company after recently winning the New Japan Cup, he’ll certainly get a warm welcome home.
Sabre Jr. could very well be bringing the IWGP Heavyweight Championship with him as he faces Okada for the belt at Sakura Genesis on April 1. With his momentum continuing to build and New Japan’s expansion into his homeland, it’s very possible Sabre Jr. could be being built to be the face of New Japan in the UK.

Two other British stars who will almost certainly appear on the shows are Marty Scurll and Will Ospreay. The feud between the ‘Villain’ and the ‘Aerial Assassin’ seems to never end as we saw at the weekend and that’s fine because both guys always put on great matches. An all English clash between the two fan favorites would definitely captivate the live crowd of both shows.
