The winner of the 2024 WWE NXT Men’s Breakout Tournament was crowned on tonight’s NXT New Years Evil special episode.
The tournament got underway on the show last month, with Riley Osbourne, Tavion Heights, Keanu Carver, Dion Lennox, Luca Crusifino, Myles Borne, Lexis King and Oba Femi competing to be the next breakout star.
The finals came down to Osbourne, who scored victories over Carver and King, taking on Femi, who defeated Borne and Heights to reach the final.
The final was won by Oba Femi, earning him a contract for a championship match for an NXT Championship at any time.
Oba Femi joins Jordan Myles and Carmelo Hayes as winners of the Tournament.
The Women’s Breakout Tournament winner, Lola Vice, also made her presence felt on this week’s show, teasing a cash in on Lyra Valkyria following her victory over Blair Davenport, before Tatum Paxley saved Lyra.
WWE announced that the 2024 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will begin on next week’s episode of NXT, with Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin set to team up in the tournament.
