WWE NXT Star Teases Reunion With Main Roster Star Amid Call-Up Rumours

A WWE NXT star has teased a reunion with a current main roster star amid rumours of a pitched call up from NXT.

On this week’s NXT Spring Breakin’ special, Chelsea Green made a surprise appearance on the show, where she was revealed as the challenger for Roxanne Perez’s NXT Women’s Championship on next week’s episode.

Following the show, Green appeared in a digital exclusive, where she was approached by Mr. Stone, who told her that they needed to ‘catch up’ after so long.

Green and Stone had been paired up in NXT in 2019 and 2020 prior to Chelsea’s initial release from the company in 2021, and it has since been reported that there have been pitches to reunite the pair on the main roster following Von Wagner’s release from the company.

Today, Mr. Stone seemingly leaned into the rumours, where he simply shared the interaction between he and Chelsea to close the segment.

Stone has been serving as a producer for NXT following Wagner’s release from the company.

Chelsea was drafted to SmackDown alongside partner Piper Niven in the 2024 WWE Draft.
