Who Produced Incredible Sami Zayn SmackDown Segment WWE

Wrestling fans are still buzzing over Sami Zayn’s incredible promo to close out last night’s (February 17) episode of SmackDown.

Zayn came out to his old ‘Worlds Apart’ theme song, where he took in his incredible crowd reaction in his hometown ahead of his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match with Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber.

The Bloodline segments have been the highlight of WWE television for many months, with many of them being the production of Michael Hayes.

Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Hayes was also responsible for producing Sami’s segment on last night’s SmackDown show.

Hayes also produced the segment with Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy interrupting Hit Row’s performance earlier in the night.

As for the rest of the show, the opening tag team match between Ronda Rousey & Shanya Baszler and Shotzi & Natalya was produced by Jamie Noble.

Petey Williams was responsible for producing Asuka vs Liv Morgan, with Adam Pearce producing Drew McIntyre and Sheamus’ tag team victory over the Viking Raiders.

Jason Jordan produced the main event match between Gunther and Madcap Moss for the Intercontinental Championship, as well as the Street Fight Dark match between Bray Wyatt and LA Knight.

The other two Dark matches, a pre-show Dark match between Braun Strowman & Ricochet and Legado Del Fantasma, as well as a SmackDown Women’s Championship match between Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville, were produced by Kenny Dykstra.

The backstage reaction to Sami’s promo has been revealed.

Sami Zayn has spoken about his title match tonight, calling the show ‘his WrestleMania’.
