It looks like WWE fans in the UK will only have to wait a few more months for the long-awaited UK PPV show we’ve all been waiting so many years for.
The last time WWE held a PPV event in the UK was 2003, when Insurrextion came to Newcastle, but since then has only taped Raw, SmackDown and NXT TakeOver shows in the UK.
According to a new report from WrestleVotes, WWE is planning a main roster UK PPV show for the first time in 19 years for September 3 2022, with the Principality Stadium in Wales being the likely location.
Source states the long-awaited WWE United Kingdom PPV return will take place Saturday, September 3rd at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.
That is the same weekend as AEW’s ‘All Out’ PPV.

WWE held several PPV shows in the UK during the 90s and early 2000s, with the most famous being SummerSlam 1992 from Wembley Stadium.
The name for the show is unknown, but as it’s WWE, we can safely assume it’s be something like Royal Queen Cuppa Tea Fish Chips Slam Bash.
As WrestleVotes notes, it’s the same weekend as AEW All Out, but remember, it’s not a competition.
