There has been a rumour killer on a top AEW star working without an AEW contract.
Orange Cassidy has been one of AEW’s most popular performers since the company’s foundation in 2019.
Despite wrestling in multiple top matches, he only recently captured his first piece of gold in the company.
Cassidy won the AEW All-Atlantic Championship from Pac on the October 12 episode of Dynamite.
Rumours began to emerge recently that Cassidy was working without an AEW contract, but those are not true.
Fightful Select (subscription required) posted a rumour killer on the reports, saying:
There were twitter rumors a while back of Orange Cassidy working without an AEW contract. We had it confirmed that wasn’t the case.
Cassidy will be a part of the $300,000 3 Kings Christmas Trios Casino Battle Royal on tonight’s (December 23) AEW Rampage.
