Earlier today, a report emerged stating that SmackDown star Toni Storm was not featured on the SmackDown women’s Survivor Series team because the company had ‘forgotten’ about her, instead opting for Aliyah to join the team.
However, that may not be the case after all. Ringside News – which has had several backstage reports confirmed by the likes of Fightful and Dave Meltzer in recent times – is now reporting that a tenured member of the creative team explained that she ‘is not an integral part of Survivor Series’.
The report says that Toni will be focused on more after Survivor Series is over, with the creative team member explaining that this ‘isn’t her month’.
Storm’s last match on the blue brand took place on October 8, when she lost in the first round of the Queen’s Crown Tournament to eventual winner Zelina Vega.
