The opponent for Saraya and her AEW Women’s World Championship at Dynamite Grand Slam has now been revealed.
By the end of big four-way match on tonight’s AEW Dynamite (September 13) who would advance to get the title shot against Saraya was revealed as were continuing tensions between others.
With an illustrious list of former champions represented Nyla Rose, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., Toni Storm and Hikaru Shida went to war for the title shot against Saraya.
With Toni Storm ultimately picking up the win and hastily exiting the ringside area, she will get another shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship at Dynamite Grand Slam next week at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
Although there were also continued tensions between Hikaru Shida and Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., potentially setting up a further feud between the two powerful former champions.
Elsewhere in the AEW Women’s division, another huge championship match was announced as set for this week’s AEW Rampage.
TBS Champion Kris Statlander will be putting her TBS Championship on the line against the returning Jade Cargill after having been the one to best her and break her undefeated streak at AEW Double or Nothing 2023.
